Adams and Higuain in close race for Golden Boot

Adams and Higuain in close race for Golden Boot

With only a few games left in the season, the race for the Golden Boot is heating up. At the top of the table are Adams and Higuain, both with 19 goals.

Adams has been playing stellar football all season for RB Leipzig. His energy and tenacity have set him apart from other strikers in the league. Higuain, on the other hand, has been scoring goals for fun at AC Milan. Despite his team's struggles this season, Higuain has been able to find the back of the net on a regular basis.

It's going to be interesting to see who comes out on top in this race. Both players have shown they are capable of scoring goals in high-pressure situations. Whoever ends up winning the Golden Boot will have certainly earned it.

Real Madrid and Napoli players battle it out for Golden Boot

The 2017-2018 Champions League campaign is coming to a close, and with just one game remaining, it's all to play for. In Group F, Real Madrid and Napoli are vying for the top spot, and the accompanying qualification for the next round.

Both sides have enjoyed successful seasons in their own right, but they will be keen to finish on a high note by claiming first place in their group. The battle for the Golden Boot is heating up too, with several players from both teams in contention.

Real Madrid's Cristiano Ronaldo currently leads the way with 8 goals, but Napoli's Dries Mertens is close behind on 7. Other players in contention include Karim Benzema (Real Madrid) and Lorenzo Insigne (Napoli), who have both scored 4 times.

The final game of the group stage will be a fascinating encounter, as both teams look to secure victory and edge ahead of their rivals in the race for the Golden Boot.

Aguero still in the running for Golden Boot

Sergio Aguero is still in the running for the Premier League Golden Boot, despite Manchester City's poor end to the season.

The Argentine striker has scored 21 goals in the Premier League this season, putting him one behind Liverpool's Mohamed Salah and two behind Tottenham Hotspur's Harry Kane.

Aguero's chances of winning the Golden Boot got a boost at the weekend, with Salah and Kane both failing to score in their respective games.

City's final game of the season is against Southampton on Sunday, and Aguero will be looking to add to his tally of 21 goals and win the Golden Boot.

Dortmund's Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang eyeing up Golden Boot

As the Bundesliga's top scorer, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang is eyeing up the Golden Boot. His Dortmund side have been in excellent form this season and Aubameyang has contributed to that with 21 goals in all competitions. This puts him one goal ahead of Bayern Munich's Robert Lewandowski in the race for the Golden Boot.

Aubameyang is coming off a hat-trick in Dortmund's 5-2 win over Hamburg last weekend. This included a stunning long-range goal that showed his exceptional finishing ability. The Gabon international has been one of the standout players in Europe this season and looks set to add another accolade to his collection.

Dortmund are currently second in the Bundesliga table, just two points behind leaders Bayern Munich. They have been scoring for fun this season and Aubameyang has been at the forefront of that. With Champions League qualification looking increasingly likely, Aubameyang will be hoping to continue his good form and help Dortmund challenge for silverware.

Tottenham Hotspur's Harry Kane favourite to win Golden Boot

The Golden Boot is awarded to the player who scores the most goals in a Premier League season. After 26 games, Tottenham Hotspur's Harry Kane is the favourite to win the trophy with 19 goals.

Kane is followed by Liverpool's Mohamed Salah and Manchester City's Sergio Aguero, who have 18 and 16 goals respectively. Other players in the running include Romelu Lukaku (14 goals), Jamie Vardy (13 goals) and Raheem Sterling (10 goals).

Tottenham Hotspur are currently in third place in the Premier League, just four points behind leaders Manchester City. If they can maintain their current form, there is a good chance that Kane will end up winning the Golden Boot.

This would be a impressive accomplishment for Kane, as he would be only the third player in history to win three Golden Boot awards. The other players are Alan Shearer (who won four) and Thierry Henry (who won three).

Harry Kane has been in excellent goal-scoring form this season, and he will be looking to add another Golden Boot to his collection.
